Kyu Oh, C.C.
I’m from Chicago, Illinois. I first started my education and received my Associate’s degree in science. I attended New York University (NYU) to pursue my bachelor’s degree in orthotics and graduated in 1990. I started my career in Los Angeles County at LAC+USC Medical Center where I worked with a wide range of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients as a halo specialist. I embarked on the CCS panel where I did cranial helmets for pediatric patients and remained as an attending orthotist. Among other things, I assisted disabled patients with the ability to trust and ambulate independently again with custom orthotics. Throughout this time, at UCLA I did hospital calls and provided a high level of expertise in Halos. I have more than thirty years of experience with comprehensive knowledge as an orthotist. I have been with Inland Artificial Limb & Brace, Inc. for eight years, I continue to provide care with great customer service and efficiency in all my professional specialties.
I have been working in the O & P field for 35 years. I began my orthotic training at Oklahoma State University & completed my courses at UCLA. I worked as a Prosthetic Technician for 20 years and have been working as a certified Pedorthist for the past 15 years. I enjoy working with patients of all ages. It is extremely gratifying when my patients leave the office feeling better and are happy with their new orthotic device. I am bilingual and often assist with our Spanish speaking patients.
